The 'Fan' Table is a small round coffee/bedside table that is made out of recycled objects and material.

In addition to a typical table, comprised of a table top and a stand, an old ventilator protection case has been made into the middle part of this table. The transparency of the protection case allows a lamp being integrated into the table. The protection case, which came with a locking system, also provides the possibility to be opened up as a storage space for small objects. All the wooden planks and screws used to built the table are also recycled from the model workshop in the faculty.

The electrical ventilator, with its original function, is only necessary in a certain periods of the year. Being transformed into a coffee/bedside table after being abandoned, it becomes functional throughout the year, and thus a gain in its value.
